Shipping Policy

Mystic Rashi has a highly secure and encrypted payment gateway for making online payment when purchasing any product. All payments have to be done via the gateway provided on the website at the time of making online purchases.
No COD(Cash on delivery) option is available
We accept international payments from our overseas customers through all major credit card and debit cards.
International orders
When it comes to international customers, unfortunately, we do not have any exchange policies. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the product has been shipped from our end. Customers can get a refund only if the order is cancelled before the item has been shipped by us. However, the transaction fee will be deducted by the bank as per norms.
If you receive any damaged product, you can mail us at support@mystric.com for an refund within 3 days of receiving the product. This request is to be processed by our Customer Care and they will confirm a refund, once they receive and inspect the damaged product.
In case, Mystic Rashi gets any baseless, frivolous or false complaints, the company is not liable to send a refund or replacement.
When it comes to exchange or refund, it will be processed within 7-10 working days and after the ordered items are received and checked by Mystic Rashi team.
Domestic orders
Mystic Rashi will accept an order cancellation if a buyer cancels any orders before it has been shipped. In such a case, the company will refund the full amount to the customer within a short and stipulated time. A proportionate transaction fee will be deducted in this case. However, if the order is shipped, the company is not liable to cancel the order and issue a deduction fee.
To be eligible for cancellation, refund and exchange, a product order must fulfill the following conditions:
A.) Product is visibly damaged or defective.
B.) Photos of damage in the product are e-mailed to us within 3 days of receiving the product.
C.) Return shipment for any product needs to be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
D.) Shipping charges for returning the items back to us has to be borne by the customer.
E.) Once the product is returned back, our team will do a quality check and verify the damage mentioned by the customer.
F.) Products for exchange should be returned unwashed, unused, with all tags intact as its original condition. Returns that are soiled or purposefully damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customers.
G.) Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
H.) Orders placed against gift vouchers are not eligible for return exchange or refund except defective or damaged product.
I.) While returning an order, customer is to ensure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up. Also do mention the order details and complete shipping address on the parcel.
J.) No return, exchange, or refund request will be encouraged if the return, exchange, or refund request is raised after 3 days of product delivery to customer.
K.) Exchange is not possible if the saree has its blouse piece removed or if there has been a fall and pico done to it after delivery.
L.) During return, in case, the price of the product ordered in exchange is higher than that of the original product bought, customer is liable to pay the balance due along with the shipping charges. If the exchanged product is of lower cost-price, we would ship the product and the balance would be adjusted via a credit note, which can be used for the next buy.
M.) Mystic Rashi, will not accept any requests for exchange for the reasons of dissatisfaction with size, shape, color or materials used for the product unless there is visible defect or damage.
N.) Goods once sold it cannot be returned.Goods only can be exchanged only within 3 days from the date of delivery only if the goods remains in good condition but money cannot be refunded under any circumstances
*Please Note, we do not accept any return, refund or exchange in cases of weaving artifacts such as loose weft, weft direction faults, tight or slack pick, warp streaks, tails out etc because these are not measured as defects.
Please also note that no returns or refunds shall be allowed if the customer is dissatisfied with the color, size, shape, quality of the product, only exchange is allowed in such cases.*
Note: There is no guarantee with regards to colors or zari. It is advisable to avoid detergent soaps and wash sarees and border separately and preferably do dry wash..
