“The Marine Cast Iron Screw Down Non-Return Angle Globe Valve (SDNR) is a dual-function valve designed for shipboard piping systems. Its angle design (90° between inlet and outlet) makes it ideal for compact installations where piping must turn immediately after hull penetration or in tight machinery spaces. Manual globe valve function: Operated by handwheel to regulate or stop flow. Non-return function: Automatically prevents backflow, acting as a check valve. Cast iron construction: Provides durability, corrosion resistance, and cost-effective performance for marine service. Pressure ratings: Available in 5K (JIS F7354) for low-pressure service and 10K (JIS F7376) for higher-pressure applications.”
